International blog post! For my homies in BLN, and elswewhere, here's a post in english.
Just wanted to share an observation after watching the two first parts of the Godfather saga. The cast is bloody amazing, as you surely know, and those who haven't died since have sure aged gracefully. Both Sonny Corleone/James Caan and Tom Hagen/Robert Duvall have gone on to play angry fathers to Will Ferrell. Caan in the epic tale Elf, and Duvall in the soccer drama Kicking & Screaming.
This must mean that Will is going to replace Al Pacino in the Godfather part IV, and that Gary Cole, who played Wills dad in Talladega Nights, will replace Marlon Brando and Robert De Niro. I can't wait! And hopefully Sofia Coppola will take over the directing.
